Integrated Media Specialist (Level 1)
The “IMS” will play an important role in developing the reputation and ongoing growth of our company, clients, corporate sponsors and the Operation Build television series. Through social media, press, public relations and website presence, the “IMS” will manage and help to align Insight Television Productions business strategies and TV show direction. Our ideal candidate has worked on social media campaigns before, has experience relating directly to the media in a PR type function and has a passion to continue their social media marketing knowledge. “IMS” should also have experience developing and implementing social media and public relation strategies.
The Associate Producer sells sponsorship's by contacting corporations for national television programs. The Associate Producer reports to the Executive Vice President of Programming and researches the content for the program, creates segment topics for the show and develops ideas and show themes. The AP is required to meet all defined marketing quotas, deadlines and show schedules.
Executive Assistant/Appointment Setter
The Executive Assistant/Appointment Setter's primary focus is to schedule appointments with C-level executives to have a sponsorship conversation with prospective clients. The EA manages the Television Executives schedule by booking the appointment over the telephone and sending meeting invitation for the call via Microsoft Outlook. As part of our support team, you will be working directly with the producers by managing their daily work flow, researching topics and industry trends by making outbound calls.
Junior Associate Producer
The Junior Associate Producer is an Associate Producer in training that will learn the sales & marketing side of the television industry. This is an extensive 90 day training program, which part of your training will include: * Work closely to support the “Associate Producers” and other members of the programming team. *Identify and research, trends and important topics in home improvement,unique products and services, cause marketing initiatives, interesting companies and key brands. *Identify lead decision makers and their contact information. The Junior Associate will write engaging storylines that are appropriate for the Operation Build television series and will arrange conference calls with lead decision makers and C-Level Executives.
